Victorian gentleman art

My university literary magazine's deadline was yesterday so I submitted a little art titled:

More like Victorian youth, haha, but I like him. He's totally period except for the hair (and possible the boots), lol. Even if this doesn't make it into the aegis magazine, I'm still considering it a smashing success. The art nouveau styling looks neat, and I really like how nicely the marker colors turned out (I'm trying to practice more with markers). It's a pretty finished piece. (Free internet cookies to anyone who can guess the building who's silhouette makes up the top of the pic.)

Oh, and for those of you who liked my characters Wilhelm and the General (from The Frozen General and The Broken Sergeant), you'll be pleased to know that the freakin' cold New Hampshire weather has inspired me to write more about my favorite Eastern front officers. *grin*

I actually drew cute bunnies back in the day (and we're talkin' waaaaay back). XD Yup, that one's finally coming along. I don't usually do teh sex/naked drawings so that took a bit longer. It'll be wrapped up before the end of the month. *is trying to get various side projects finished before nanowrimo*

It's 170 by the Kaizers Orchestra. You can listen to it here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCrE7-Ya3sk), and this (http://humon.deviantart.com/art/Is-the-coast-clear-138204875) DA page has some translated lyrics. It's, er, not a happy song.

Thankies. And in the meantime while I'm bonding with Pentheus the netbook, I can try to figure out the mysteries of using his webcam.
